       I love Yamuna Ball. Have you ever roll on it? You cannot help saying “Aaaaaaaa...” on the ball. This is the greatest tool to realign your body and and massage on your muscles.

When you get scared or mad, you would notice your body tightened up especially your shoulder, hands and even chest. When is the last time you thought about opening your body. Although you don’t frighten, you might be slunch in front of your computer for hours and years. Your habitual posture makes your body tight and weak end up with your inhibit pain.....


    Did you know your body cannot open up right away once it gets tightened.

How many times of a day you tighten your body outside of your exercise field?

    driving car, carrying many coffees, working on computer, talking on the phone eating.....


   Your body needs to be opened.

Especially if you feel dull pain, minor pain, inhibit pain, that is your body message, SOS.


  Although I danced everyday and stretched everyday, my body was tensed all the time.

I had discomfort on my shoulder such as dull pain and stiffness. Not only shoulder but also my leg got swollen in the afternoon just like the face after eating salty Chinese food.

My blood circulation wasn’t good, my body alignment wasn’t good, and my muscles was too tight from dance. Tightness doesn’t mean how much you can split your leg. Tightness is the muscle contraction which you need to put it back to Original length.


   I don’t say I don’t have tightness anymore,

but I will say loudly that I know how to take care of my body whenever I need by myself.

That is a huge difference between knowing and Not knowing.

Also my muscle quality changed and my body is much more free and expanding.


   Yamuna Body Rolling has a unique approach.

It will stimulate and stretch from the origin of Muscle to the insertion point which is totally a natural order in Body Logic.

You might stretch but afterwards, you just feel satisfied the action you DID “ stretch”,

I feel always good with my body after I do both. My mood is up and I am happy for my body.

I intend to redefine the essential core of fitness in terms of its fundament : having a properly aligned structure. I with Yamuna Body Rolling exists to enable people to understand the  way in which their bodies are put together , in order that they may lead healthy, active lives, free from injury and chronic pain.
