Izumi Body Logic(IBL) will teach you how to re-educate your body in correct movement.
By using the reformer machine, it is easy to find the alignment of your body.
The most emphasis in IBL is Phsyical Happiness is crucial for your happiness so your body condition will be best of the day after the workout.
Thus, besides working out “core muscles” as generally speaking of Pilates,

Thinking Body: Proprioceptive
Pilates creates thinking body. Besides 5 senses, we have inner senses system, called “Proprioceptive” means “ own reception”. This system communicates information about our own bodies that no one else is privy to. Propiroception coordinates our every movement in time and space; it enables pianist to place his fingers in the right place without looking. Our mind has an innate way to control our muscles so that they perform what we want.
Pilates will help you develop proprioceptive sense and learn to focus mentally.
When you are mentally in tune with what you are doing, you become physically alert; the mind controls the body. Pilates will help you achieve this heightened level of well-being - to live in your body.

Reformer
Joseph Pilates’s ultimate goal was to condition the entire body by using positions of correct alignment and form, so he designed each piece of equipment for a specific reason.
The goal on the reformer is for you to feel each exercises and to move correctly. It will help another way to experience the exercise without putting too much stress on the joints and non working parts of the body, such as lower back.

Wunda chair
The exercise on chair become radically hard-core because you are supporting your own weight as you move. The reason why the chair is more challenging than any other apparatus is because you are working against gravity while using your powerhouse to balance the body to move your limbs. The chair itself is backless which means you must engage your powerhouse at all times, making all the exercises total body ones.
The results are priceless.

Cadillac
The goal is to know your body. The essence of Joseph Pilates’s work is to develop the muscle evenly so that muscles hidden below, behind, and between the more well known muscles develop as well. In a sense you are working from within because many of these muscles support your frame.
When you place your body on rectangular shape cadillac, it will expose your imbalance. and have you try to move symmetry which will lead the brain to be aware of bad body habits.
